I have an injured desert tortoise and I am having to force feed him. I live way down in Baja and there are no reptile vets here. I can't get to Ca. until the 25th of April. He seems fine otherwise (his injury is to his mouth). He also has a sm. green spot inside his mouth that could be a fungus. I have access to many antibiotics. He weighs 10.4 lbs. Any advice you could give me would be so appreciated. I sure don't want him to suffer. Linda Welch (I am getting approx. 2 tsp. of ground up veggies and tortoise pellets down him per day. He is drinking fine when I soak him)
