I am looking for my black long haired German Shepherd "Frisco". He went missing on January 30th 2012. I just moved to Rio Linda, and I know he is lost trying to find his home. He is very kind and friendly and I know he is scared. He is only a puppy, a very big puppy, he is 1 year and 4 months old.
