I am looking for a free teacup chihuahua. Any sex, any color. I am having trouble finding what I am looking for. I an on a fixed income and can not afford a lot. I really would like to have one of these darling little treasures. I am un able to have a large pet where I rent. Please help me, I will take care of it like I would like my own children.
